Return & Exchange Policy

At Bedmate Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure hygiene and safety while providing the best possible service.


Our Return Policy

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Returns for Store Credit Only: All approved returns will be issued as a Bedmate Boutique gift card, which can be used toward future purchases
  • Hygiene Considerations: For health and safety reasons, all sales of lingerie, panties, and intimate apparel are final.
  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Non-intimate items, such as loungewear and accessories, may be retired if they meet the following conditions:
      • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
      • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
      • All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
      • Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

 

Exchanges

  • Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges or hold items.
  • If you would like a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item immediately and returning the original. Once we process your return, a refund for the original item will be issued.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; all original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at bedmateboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your return and issue a gift card or exchange, depending on your preference.
